Pockets

You see here a pair of welted inside pockets (the most difficult to craft). All sorts of pockets are possible. Practical pockets for cards and mobile devices. Or special ones like one to hold your sable before you open a bottle of Champagne.

A very nice feature you might apply is the possibility to have the piping of your pockets made in a different colour and/or material. This gives a personal story to your garment and says you are about the detailswithout screaming it all around.

We often use piping with our ladies tailoring to empower certain features. In this case the pockets and gusset so the silhouette looks stronger.

The connecting patterns all over your garment is a typical detail of a bespoke jacket.

The patch pocket is used for less formal attire like sports coats.

Yes, chalk is used to mark the cloth. In this case a back pocket for a pair of trousers.
