Raw Materials
Are chosen at their place of origin by experts used to touching the best quality in its purest condition. After finding the rare right fibers needed to create a unique fabric. Then the materials will be treated based on the artisanal traditions that are created over centuries. The staple will be washed, combed, spun, dyed and warped to create fabrics boasting exceptional softness, variety and manufacture. During all phases the product is more controlled, since excellence is never fortuitous. This all with the purpose to provide a cloth that boasts a personal and particular passionate life style. Step 3
Suit fabrics
Suit fabric may be made from worsted or woolen yarns, combined, or the yarns may be blended with cotton, silk or blends of man-made and/or luxury fibers like Cashmere. In the weaving process, the threads of yarn are interlaced at right angles to each other. All woven fabrics are derived from variations of three basic weaves, of which two dominate in garment cloth. The most simple and common is plain weave, an over-and-under pattern formed by the alternate interlacing of the warp (vertical) and weft (horizontal) yarns. Twill weave is created by interlacing the warp and weft so that the fabric has a diagonal slant.

Step 4
shirt fabrics
The fabrics we use to craft shirts for ladies and gentlemen are made of extremely fine cottons and blends who are available in almost every weight and color. After weaving special finishing processes are applied to increase the fabric's performance and especially, to eliminate the possibility of shrinkage, even after several washes. In our ranges we offer several types of cotton with their specific characteristics like: Twill-, Poplin-, Solids- and Jacquard. Also there are qualities offered for ceremonial use and blends with linen for warmer climates. Visit page
